I am the Founder Director of Quality Awareness Institute, India.
I have held very senior positions in the insurance industry for 40 years now in India, Kenya, Mauritius, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi and Uganda across Africa. I am also an ex-banker and hav worked in the private sector as well. Now, I have made my passion my successful global career for more than a decade now and am on a mission transform one million lives/careers.
I am also a published author, published poet, a channel partner of SQI, USA, and I conduct their certification programs on “Customer Retention Strategies”. I also conduct programs for the Kenya Institute of Bankers, Kenya and the Madras Management Association, India, am a mentor under “Headstart” and a guest writer for Thrive Global, India and a columnist for various websites.
